TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing Monumental Growth’s website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our platforms, services, content, and all interactions with Monumental Growth (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
Monumental Growth provides digital marketing services including advertising management, SEO, creative production, content strategy, consulting, analytics, and related services. Specific deliverables are outlined in client proposals, agreements, or invoices.
Clients agree to provide timely account access, accurate business information, approvals of creative materials, and required assets needed for service delivery. Delays caused by the client do not constitute delays or failures by Monumental Growth.
Fees for services are defined in client contracts or invoices. Payments must be made on schedule. Late payments may result in paused services, interest fees, or termination. All fees paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
All intellectual property created or used by Monumental Growth—including marketing strategies, advertising systems, internal processes, frameworks, SOPs, content structures, and creative materials—remains the exclusive property of Monumental Growth unless expressly transferred in writing. Clients are granted a limited right to use provided materials only for the duration of their active engagement with Monumental Growth. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business information, account data, advertising strategies, and private materials exchanged during the engagement. Upon termination, all access to proprietary systems may be revoked and the client must discontinue use of Monumental Growth’s intellectual property.
Monumental Growth is not liable for platform outages, third party errors, indirect damages, or losses caused by client delays or non-compliance. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last billing period.
