4. Fees & Payments
Fees are defined in client agreements or invoices.Payments must be made on schedule.Late payments may result in paused services or termination.Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All strategies, frameworks, systems, processes, and proprietary materials remain the property of Monumental Growth unless explicitly transferred in writing.Clients are granted a limited right to use materials during active engagement only.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during engagement.

Program Description
By opting into the Monumental Growth SMS Program, you agree to receive text messages related to our services, including appointment reminders, onboarding updates, service notifications, follow-ups, and promotional messages where applicable.
Cancellation / Opt-Out
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, you will receive confirmation of your unsubscribe status. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Monumental Growth.
